Quantum Leap Week is a national initiative coordinated under the
Office of the President to strengthen transparency, public engagement, and awareness of government services.
During this week, ministries and public agencies will “leap forward” by showcasing their programs, services, technologies, and development initiatives to the public.
The event provides an opportunity for citizens, businesses, and community leaders to interact directly with government representatives, learn about available services, and understand how government institutions contribute to national development.
The week will feature exhibitions, demonstrations, presentations, and interactive booths from participating ministries and agencies.

1. Office of the President (OB)
The Office of the President will lead and coordinate Leap Week activities. The office will showcase national leadership initiatives, policy directions, and major development programs that guide the country’s governance and national priorities.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration (MFAI)
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration will showcase its work in diplomacy, international cooperation, and immigration services. Exhibits may include:
Passport and travel documentation services

Kiribati’s diplomatic relations and international partnerships

This presentation will highlight how Kiribati engages with the international community and protects its citizens abroad.
Kiribati Housing Corporation
The Kiribati Housing Corporation will present its programs related to housing development and housing financing. Displays may include:

Affordable housing initiatives for citizens
Urban planning and housing development plans
This will inform the public about housing opportunities and government efforts to improve living conditions.
Kiribati Police Service
The Kiribati Police Service will demonstrate its role in maintaining law and order, ensuring public safety, and protecting communities. Activities may include:

Public Service Office (PSO)
