The MFAI Retreat 2026 is a strategic planning and development gathering organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Immigration to strengthen the Ministry’s vision, priorities, and future direction.
The retreat will focus on the review and development of the Ministry’s Strategic Plan, Policies and Manuals, and Foreign Policy Framework to support effective governance, improved service delivery, stronger diplomacy, and alignment with national development priorities.
It will also provide an opportunity for management and staff to discuss key challenges, strengthen teamwork, promote innovation and digital transformation, and enhance coordination across all divisions and overseas missions.
